| Minneapolis is located on the
Mississippi River but it is also known as the "city of
lakes". What the skyline lacks in density and
height it makes for in style and presentation. The three
tallest towers are all similar heights and triangulate the
downtown core perfectly. They are always illuminated at
night. Minneapolis is part of the Twin Cities because it
borders St. Paul's to the east. Minneapolis is has a big
sports, arts and corporate image. They skyline is not huge
and has not grown much in decades, but it resembles that of
Pittsburgh, it is laid out very presentably as a hill shape,
where the buildings get larger as you move to the centre and
it is simply beautiful to look at and photograph. |
