London England is one of the
largest, densest and most culturally significant cities in
the world. The architecture and skyline are a representation
of this fact. While London does not have the same type of
distinguishable centralized downtown such as cities like
Toronto or New York has, it still holds its own, especially
by European standards in terms of skyscrapers in central
business districts. London is a blend of old and new like no
other city. While unsurprisingly their older architecture is
to marvel over, much more surprisingly London has plenty of modern
skyscrapers
and stand out architecture including the Mary Axe tower
and plenty of abstract structures including the London Eye
(Ferris Wheel) and the famous pedestrian and London bridges.
